As reported by Jay Loomis in today’s Journal News, the AARP Foundation has opened a new “WorkSearch” site at the Cross County shopping center in Yonkers.
In the story, Jay talks to some of the over-40 job seekers who showed up at yesterday’s grand opening.
Another great resource is the AARP WorkSearch site, which offers numerous resources, including a skills-assessment quiz.
It never hurts to be prepared, even if you’re currently employed.
