Linda, everyone should just be happy I even use email. More and more people are now telling me to email them instead of calling them on the phone, including my daughter.
She's getting married and every time I call with a question about the wedding, she tells me to email her instead. I am a bit miffed. The email is the new note to ourselves. I drive in my car with a pad and pen to take notes, because I am that old. The younger generation justs emails their notes to themselves. I am not changing. So, keep your aol email and be proud, strong in your choice!

My daughter told me two years ago I should "get with it" and change my email address to a gmail account. I adamantly refused.

And have yet ANOTHER thing to add to the must-remember list of PIN #s (for ATMS, for FAFSA online apps, et. al.), passwords, combination lock #s, which key opens what door, etc.? I even have to remember who the speed dial # on my cell phone will connect me to! Puh-leez....
